James has over 25 years of business leadership after graduating with my degree in Economics from the University of North Florida.
Completing minors in Industrial Management, Finance and Statistics.
Spent 12 years with NAPA growing to lead a 130 employee team, 12 stores and millions in inventory by 26 yrs old. Mastering supply chain and logistics, retail management, velocity inventory management, new market development and B2B sales.
Progressed to independent business leadership in the automotive repair industry, leading multiple shops to break sales and profit records through systems design and implementation, technology adoption and standardization.
Now I have graduated to an innovator for small and medium sized business that are in need of help working on their business instead of in it through strategic deployment of technology, Ai, training, and process development.
